As such, before exporting any equipment, we require an Exportation End-User Statement to be completed indicating who the end-user is intended to be. All parties involved in the transaction will be cross-referenced with the up-to-date United States Department of Homeland Security's published lists governing the global entities that can be exported to. Cooperation with this procedure will ensure conformance with the regulations set forth by the United States Department of Homeland Security.

Export of Thermal Video products from the US may require an export license from the US Department of State. The us government strictly regulates the exportation of thermal video technology. 
Units sold with a framerate of 9Hz or less are exportable to approved and un-licensed customers. See the video clip to below for a framerate comparison.
