Handheld thermal imaging camera for marine navigation

The FLIR FirstMate MS-324 handheld thermal night vision camera is the most recognized maritime thermal camera available. The First Mate MS-324 is ultra light weight and offers a 320x240 resolution, 19mm focal legenth, and a 24°x18° optical field of view. The FLIR First Mate Series delivers the same great thermal imaging technology as FLIR's best in class Navigator II, Voyager II, and M-Series thermal night vision systems, but it's even more compact, and even more affordable than ever before.

The light weight FLIR FirstMate MS-324 handheld thermal camera allows any boater the ability to see more clearly in bright sun-glare, dense fog, or the darkest of night. The First Mate MS uses a high-quality thermal imaging core, which improves clarity and gives better detail than earlier models. The First Mate MS-324 allows boaters to be more aware of their surroundings than with any other night vision technology available.

The First Mate MS-324 thermal imaging camera is equipped with advanced image-processing technology to create pictures from heat, not light, which allows the user see clearly in any weather condition, at any time of the day.
